Client Data Notice (Important):
When Dreemzy provides services to a business customer (“Client”), we may process personal information on the Client’s behalf (for example, the Client’s leads/customers who message or call). In those cases:

  • The Client is typically the “controller” (or business deciding why/how data is used)

  • Dreemzy is typically the “processor/service provider” (processing data to deliver the Services)
    If you are interacting with a Dreemzy Client (e.g., texting or calling a Dreemzy-powered number), the Client’s privacy practices may also apply.

2) Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

  • Contact details: name, email, phone, business name, role/title

  • Inquiry + intake data: submitted via forms, chat, bookings, consultations

  • Payment/billing info: billing address, transaction history, confirmations (payments are typically processed by our payment processors; we generally do not store full card numbers)

  • Communications: emails, SMS, chat, WhatsApp messages, call recordings/voicemails (where enabled), support tickets

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device/usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, OS, pages visited, timestamps, referral source

  • Cookies & similar tech: cookies, pixels, analytics identifiers (see Section 9)

C. Information from others

  • Marketing sources/partners: lead sources and platforms (where permitted)

  • Integrations: CRM, scheduling, communications platforms connected by you or your business

3) How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services

  • Communicate with you (support, onboarding, service updates, admin messages)

  • Schedule and confirm meetings, demos, appointments, and bookings

  • Configure and run automations (messages, workflows, AI receptionist, follow-ups)

4) Communications: SMS, Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Email

SMS/MMS

If you opt in to receive SMS/MMS from Dreemzy LLC (or our Clients using Dreemzy), you may receive service-related and/or promotional texts depending on what you consented to.

  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out.

  • Help: Reply HELP for help.

  • Msg & data rates: Message/data rates may apply.

  • Consent: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase unless explicitly stated.

Phone Calls / Voice AI

Calls to Dreemzy LLC or Dreemzy-enabled numbers may be answered by humans, automated systems, or AI voice agents.

Call recording: Where enabled, calls may be recorded for quality, training, and compliance. If required by law, we or our Clients may provide notice at the start of the call.

WhatsApp

If WhatsApp is offered, messaging may be handled through approved providers. Your WhatsApp settings and Meta policies may also apply.

Email

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. We may still send service-related emails (receipts, security, account notices).

5) AI, Automation, and Decisioning

Dreemzy LLC may use AI models and automation to:

  • Draft responses and route conversations

  • Summarize messages, extract intent, and trigger workflows

  • Assist with booking, confirmations, reminders, and basic intake

No guarantee of accuracy: AI can make mistakes. Do not rely on AI for medical, legal, or emergency decisions.

6) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We may share information with:

A. Service providers (subprocessors)

Hosting, analytics, CRM, communications (SMS/voice/WhatsApp), payments, security/fraud vendors—only as needed to run the Services.

B. Clients (when acting on their behalf)

If you interact with a Client’s Dreemzy-powered channel, information may be shared with that Client to deliver the service.

C. Legal and safety

If required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security.

D. Business transfers

In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

7) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • Providing the Services

  • Legal/accounting/compliance obligations

  • Dispute resolution and enforcing agreements

Retention varies by data type and purpose.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method is 100% secure.

We use cookies and similar tech to:
